I first met Michael Fox in October when I was generously invited to an intimate dinner with some of the team involved with ILK Apartments, as well as about ten Melbourne bloggers.
The dinner was to celebrate the completion of ILK Apartments. Michael hosted the evening inside his own penthouse suite within the development. It was here that I first realised there is something different about Little Projects and their approach to business. As with every developer, there is an agenda to make money, however Little Projects seem very concerned with ensuring that anyone who helps them along in their journey to create buildings for Melbourne is thanked and acknowledged. They also seem very interested the the quality of life that the end users, the residence of their developments will have.
I caught up with Michael Fox again to talk about Little Projects and in particular ILK Apartments. ILK is like nothing I have ever seen before. The amenities are incredible and include cinemas, indoor and outdoor communal entertaining spaces, a gym, a pool, a sauna…even an orchid! Michael gave me an insight into how Little Projects came about, what ILK has to offer, and what as a buyer or investor, you can expect when looking at a Little Projects development.
Michael is kind, generous, relaxed, and very switched on, thank you Michael for your time.
