A letter has been sent to your nominated conveyancer / solicitor providing details on a number of items relating to settlement.
In regards to settlement timing, there are two key activities required before we can call for settlement. The first is the registration of the plan of subdivision – this will be lodged shortly. At this stage we anticipate the registration of the plan of subdivision to occur in early to mid-June 2014. We anticipate the occupancy permit will be issued mid-June 2014. Therefore, settlement is anticipated for late June 2014.

At this point, we would like to remind you to have your finance ready when we call for settlements.
Finance valuation of your property
We are now inviting your finance institution to conduct a valuation of your property. Please pass on these details to your finance group to arrange a Valuation Appointment as early as possible.

Please note that the Valuation Appointment is for financial institutions only, this is not an opportunity to view your property. Closer to completion we will invite you, through a letter from our solicitor to your nominated conveyancer / solicitor, for a Pre-Settlement Inspection which will be your opportunity to preview your property before settlement.
