Settlements are anticipated to commence from early July 2015.
The team at Hickory have been making excellent progress at Central South Yarra. The 30-level structure is complete, the gold façade installation is already up to level 24, the interior apartment fit outs are progressing well and the lift core and stair well has been completed.
Key construction milestones include:
- Interior fit-outs are now well underway on the upper levels with a focus on the joinery installation, floor and wall finishes.
- Services are currently being installed on the top levels.
- The lifts are being commissioned now that the lift and stair core is complete.
- The Resident’s Pool on level 30 is being formed and poured.
- Windows are currently being installed on the final levels with installation underway to the penthouses and Resident’s Rooftop Retreat.
- The Lobby is undergoing its transformation.
SETTLEMENT UPDATE AND COMMUNICATION
Settlement of Stage 1 apartments (levels 6-23) are anticipated to commence from early July 2015.
Stage 2 apartments (levels 24-28) and Stage 3 apartments (level 29) will follow shortly after Stage 1 apartment settlements are complete. More details will follow shortly.

FINANCE AND VALUATIONS
With settlements fast approaching, now is the time to start arranging your finance in preparation for settlement. It is intended that valuation inspections will commence from mid-April.
Your finance needs to be ready before we call for settlement. If you are purchasing in a Self-Managed Super Fund, please ensure you allow more time to set this up to avoid penalties for late settlement.
Shortly we will be sending a letter from our Solicitors – HWL Ebsworth to your nominated solicitor / conveyancer advising you that your property is ready for finance valuation. This will be conducted by your chosen finance group.
