Settlements for Stage 1 (up to and including level 23) apartments are expected to commence from 1 July 2015.
Settlements for Stage 2 (levels 24 to 28 inclusive) apartments are expected to commence approximately one week later.
The Statement of Compliance has now been issued and plan of subdivision no PS701400B has been lodged for registration at the Titles Office. We anticipate the occupancy permit to issue around mid-June 2015.
Throughout the settlement period, please ensure you continue to be in regular contact with your Solicitor / Conveyancer.
Central South Yarra reached a significant construction milestone, with completion of the striking façade and removal of the tower crane.
Inside, the apartments have been progressing well. Hickory are now proceeding with joinery installation, floor and wall finishes on the upper levels. Window installation is now complete and landscape works on the rooftop Sky Garden have commenced.
The ground floor entry lobby fit-out has commenced and the lifts are now operational.
To ensure each apartment is delivered to our high quality standards, Plus Architecture and Little Projects have been conducting thorough interior reviews as each level completes.
This week, our marketing team jumped onsite and styled an apartment to share a preview into the stunning kitchen and bathroom interiors at Central South Yarra.
FINANCE VALUATION APPOINTMENTS
Please ensure you have arranged your finances ready for settlement.
If your apartment is in Stage 1 (up to and including level 23), your finance valuation appointment should already have been completed. If this has not been done, please ask your financial institution/valuer to book this appointment as soon as possible with Peter Timms on the details below.
Stage 2 (levels 24 to 28 inclusive) apartments are now ready for finance valuation appointments.

Once the occupancy permit has been issued, we will contact you to confirm how you can book your pre-settlement inspection. This is your only opportunity to preview your apartment before settlement. This inspection is limited to yourself and a Little Projects representative – no third parties are allowed.
We anticipate pre-settlement inspections of Stage 1 apartments (up to and including level 23), will commence in mid-June 2015. Stage 2 (levels 24 to 28 inclusive) will follow shortly after.
