CALL FOR SETTLEMENT

We are pleased to announce that settlement has been called for apartments on level 28.
Please confirm your official settlement date with your Solicitor/Conveyancer as they will receive instructions relating to settlement procedures.

PRE-SETTLEMENT INSPECTIONS

We are pleased to now invite purchasers of apartments on levels 28 to book your Pre-Settlement Inspection to view your apartment prior to settlement.
Your Pre-Settlement Inspection is your only opportunity to view your apartment prior to settlement. A reminder that this inspection is limited to you or your nominated representative.

At your Pre-Settlement Inspection, we will provide you with:
– Details on how to schedule your Key Collection Appointment after settlement.
– A step-by-step Move In Guide which includes information on connecting your utilities, booking your move in and little tips to help you adjust to living at Central South Yarra.

MOVING IN

If you are moving in, the most important step you need to take prior to moving in is to schedule a Key Collection Appointment and book a Move In Time.
Both of these appointments must fall after settlement has occurred.

Key Collection Appointment
Once settlement has occurred, to arrange your keys as the first stage of moving in, you will need to contact Luke Rowatt on 0401 213 135 to book your Key Collection Appointment.
We need to have received confirmation from our Solicitor that Settlement for your apartment has been finalised before your Key Collection Appointment can be scheduled. Keys will only be handed to the purchaser or their authorised representative within the scheduled Key Collection Appointment.

Move In Time
All residents are required to schedule a Move In Time. Those without a time will be turned away on arrival.

To avoid disappointment, please book your Move In Time as early as possible once settlement has occurred.
