Settlements at Lux&Modern Kew East are still anticipated to commence from December 2015.
The Statement of Compliance has been received and the Plan of Subdivision will be lodged for registration shortly.
We expect the Plan of Subdivision to be registered and the Occupancy Permit to be issued next month. For Little Projects to be able to call for settlement, both of these items must be completed, together with our internal review and approval of each space in line with our quality control procedures.

Finance valuation appointments continue to be available. If your finance valuation appointment has not yet been completed, please contact Tony Kenna on 0414 633 363 to book this in immediately.
Please ensure you have arranged your finances ready for settlement.
We will soon be in touch to confirm how you can book an appointment to carry out your pre-settlement inspection.
Please note that this will be your only opportunity to view your townhouse prior to settlement and will be limited to you or your nominated representative.
