Your new home  is in the final stages of completion.

To be able to call for settlement, we are beholden to key authorities to finalise services  and provide official authorisation including:


We are in the queue for Citipower to finalise  the power connection to the development and turn the power  on. This is a requirement for our Occupancy Permit  to be issued and therefore our ability to call for settlement is dependent on this being delivered.

Plan of Subdivision

This has been lodged with  the Titles Office and we await the certified Plan of Subdivision.

Occupancy Permit

This is the final step in our process  to be able to call for settlement. A residence must  have an Occupancy Permit  to be habitable.


At this stage, we are anticipating settlement to fall within December 2015.

Given we are at the mercy of key authorities (as outlined above) to be able to call for settlement and handover your new home, we need to bring to your  attention the possibility that  settlement might fall throughout the Christmas  & New Year period or even into January  2016.

In the event that  settlements fall between the Christmas & New Year period, please be aware that some Solicitors and Banks may be closed on different days which may impact your  settlement timing. We encourage you to discuss the possibility of this timing with your Solicitor I Conveyancer and Bank to ensure a smooth process.

Once we call for settlement, if you would  like to settle  earlier than the settlement date outlined in your letter, please make arrangements with your

Solicitor / Conveyancer to communicate and resolve with our Solicitor.

Our Solicitor will be ready  to settle early and Little Projects will be available  for key handover  irrespective of timing.

Once your settlement has been received and confirmed, we can then handover your keys and provide an introduction to your new home.
