PLAN OF SUBDIVISION REGISTERED
We are pleased to advise that Plan of Subdivision no. PS724942H has now been registered and Certificate of Title has been issued.
We are one step closer, but still reliant on Citipower to connect the power before our Occupancy Permit can be issued and settlement can be called. It is expected that the Occupancy Permit will be issued shortly.
We encourage you to stay in regular contact with your Solicitor/Conveyancer throughout this time. We also recommend that you contact your financial institution to advise them that the Certificate of Title has been issued to advance your loan documents in preparation for when we call for settlement.
As soon as the power is connected and our Occupancy Permit is issued, we will call for settlement and invite you to your private and final Pre-Settlement Inspection.

At your Pre-Settlement Inspection, we will provide you with a Move-In Guide outlining the key details on how to schedule your Key Collection Appointment following settlement and a step-by-step move in process.

TRANSFER OF LAND AND OTHER LEGAL DOCUMENTS
If you have not already done so with your Solicitor/Conveyancer, please deliver the T1 transfer of land to HWL Ebsworth as soon as possible. Penalties may apply for late deliveries.
A document portal has been created to house the important documents for settlement. This has been established primarily for your Solicitor/Conveyancer to access. Please refer to the letter for full details.
Please ensure that your Solicitor/Conveyancer supplies our Solicitor with your Tax File Number (TFN).
