With settlement on-track for spring 2016, it’s been an incredibly busy month at Belle Box Hill and we have lots of exciting construction news to share with you.
Last month, we announced that the nine-level structure had been completed. As a result, the tower crane was removed in late-June.
In the coming weeks, the gantry at the front of the site will be removed to reveal the façade. The Hacer team are working hard on the lobby, the apartment interiors and bringing the beautiful resident’s lounge, cinema and barbeque terrace to life.
In additional construction news:
- Joinery is now being installed on Level 6 apartments. You can preview installed and finished joinery in our above prototype photos in both colour schemes.
- Windows are currently being installed to the top levels.
- United Energy are finalising the onsite substation which will provide power to the building.
- Framing of storage cages has commenced within the basement levels.
To ensure that every apartment in the building is delivered to our high quality standards, we have been working closely with the team on site to thoroughly review the finishes of each apartment.

FINANCE & VALUATIONS
With the completion of Belle Box Hill fast approaching, now is the ideal time to start arranging your finance in preparation for settlement.
We intend to commence Finance Valuations in August 2016. The valuation of your property, if you require finance, will be arranged by your selected finance group or bank on your behalf. It is therefore important that you have made arrangements with a finance group or bank ahead of this time to ensure you are ready for settlement.
Your finance needs to be ready before we call for settlement.
If you are purchasing in a Self-Managed Super Fund, in our experience the finance arrangements have taken many of our clients in previous developments longer than anticipated. Please ensure you allow more time to set this up to avoid penalties for late settlement.
