A letter has been sent from our Solicitor to your Solicitor/Conveyancer, advising that we anticipate settlements at Belle Box Hill will commence from October 2016.
The Statement of Compliance has now been issued and we will shortly lodge the Plan of Subdivision with the titles office.
In order for us to call for settlement, the Plan of Subdivision must be registered and the Occupancy Permit must be issued. We expect this will occur in September 2016.
Earlier this month, Hacer removed the builder’s Alimak lift, as the building lifts become operational. Power is now permanently connected to the building, and installation of the NBN cabling is now complete.
In other exciting construction news:
– The beautiful feature brickwork in the main lobby is now complete and the feature tiling on all lift lobby walls has commenced.
– Joinery installation on Level 9 is being finalised.
– Painting continues throughout the building.
– Storage cage installation in the basement is in progress.
FINANCE VALUATION APPOINTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE
All apartments at Belle Box Hill are now ready for finance valuation appointments.
This valuation appointment is to be conducted by your nominated finance institution or valuer only. You will be invited to view your apartment when we call for Pre-Settlement Inspections in September/early October 2016.

We will invite you to book in your Pre-Settlement Inspection once the Occupancy Permit has been issued in September 2016. Your Pre-Settlement Inspection is your opportunity to view your
apartment prior to settlement.
Please note that this inspection is limited to you or your nominated representative and this is your only opportunity to preview your apartment prior to settlement.
