Little goes big with Gold Coast apartment tower

Former Toll Holdings boss Paul Little is pressing ahead with a $210 million high-rise apartment tower on the Gold Coast, counting on a cyclical upturn in property prices and demand for high-quality holiday accommodations. The 35-storey tower, called Signature and designed by Rothelowman, is to be built at Broadbeach. All 263 apartments, with interiors by SJB, will be oriented to capture water views.
