Welcome to our final Project News update for 2017. Dux has been a hive of activity in recent weeks.
Interior fit-out is progressing up the building, with windows installed up to level 9 and plasterboard partitions completed up to level 8. Apartments up to level 4 have been fully painted, and tiling and kitchen joinery is complete for apartments up to level 3. Apartments on level 1 and 2 are being inspected by the team at Rothelowman to ensure that they meet our quality and design standards.
Tiling to the pool in the level 8 resident amenity will commence after the structure has been water-proofed. With construction moving well on schedule, the crane is set to be removed from site by early January.
The prototype apartment that we shared with you last month has been inspected and quality approved by the teams at Little Projects, Rothelowman and Mim Design.
Completion at Dux Richmond Hill is on-track for late-March 2018.

Now is the right time for you to start contacting your financial institution to prepare your finances before property valuations are called for in February 2018.
If you require finance, the valuation of your property will be arranged by your selected finance group or bank on your behalf. Therefore, it’s important that you have made arrangements with a finance group or bank ahead of this time to ensure you are ready for settlement.
If you are purchasing in a Self-Managed Super Fund
In our experience with past projects, we have found that finance arrangements for SMSFs take longer than anticipated. Please ensure you allow more time to set this up to avoid penalties for late settlement.
