Welcome to our first Project News update of 2018.
With just a few months left until completion, the Hacer team has made great progress on site throughout January, with windows and services now installed to every level.
– Joinery has been installed up to level 5 apartments
– Tiling has been completed up to level 6
– Painting has been finished on level 7
– Timber flooring and kitchen benchtops have been installed up to level 3 apartments, and will progress to level 4 shortly.
Dux is coming to life on Bridge Road with restoration works commencing on the heritage facade. As construction continues, the team expects that the site crane will be removed by early February.
Settlement at Dux Richmond Hill is anticipated for late-March to early-April 2018.
Now is the right time for you to start contacting your financial institution to prepare your finances before property valuations are called next month. We will write to you shortly advising when valuations can commence.
If you require finance, the valuation of your property will be arranged by your selected finance group or bank on your behalf. Therefore, it’s important that you have made arrangements with a finance group or bank ahead of this time to ensure you are ready for settlement.
If you are purchasing in a Self-Managed Super Fund
In our experience with past projects, we have found that finance arrangements for SMSFs take longer than anticipated. Please ensure you allow more time to set this up to avoid penalties for late settlement.
