The City of Yarra is in the final stages of assessing Dux to ensure that we have completed all our obligations under the Planning Permit, prior to the release of the Statement of Compliance.
We are expecting that the Statement of Compliance will be issued within the next 5 to 10 days. We will then lodge the Plan of Subdivision at the Titles Office. These steps need to occur before we will receive the occupancy permit, which is required before we can call for settlement.
We will contact you as soon as we have further information, and thank you for your patience as we work towards settlement.
REMINDER – CALL FOR FINANCE VALUATIONS
We remind all purchasers that a letter has been sent to your solicitor/conveyancer advising that all apartments are now available for finance valuations.
We have now conducted over 100 valuations. If you haven’t already, please instruct your nominated financial institution to contact Peter Timms to arrange a valuation of your apartment.

A friendly reminder that this finance valutation is not an opportunity for you to inspect your apartment. You will be notified when you are able to book in a pre-settlement inspection.
