A letter has been sent from our Solicitor to your Solicitor/Conveyancer, advising that we anticipate settlements at Dux Richmond Hill will commence from late April to early May 2018.
The City of Yarra has issued the Statement of Compliance which we can now lodge at the Titles Office. In order for us to call for settlement, the Plan of Subdivision must be registered and the Certificate of Occupancy must be issued. We expect to have the Certificate of Occupancy in the coming days.
Pre-settlement inspections are expected to occur from late April. We will advise you as soon as you are able to book these in.

We remind all purchasers that a letter has been sent to your solicitor/conveyancer advising that all apartments are now available for finance valuations.
We have now conducted over 100 valuations. If you haven’t already, please instruct your nominated financial institution to contact Peter Timms to arrange a valuation of your apartment.
