Melbourne’s first Hyatt Centric Hotel
Little Projects has announced its collaboration with Hyatt Hotels in a $150 million hotel project at the western end of the Melbourne CBD.
The hotel will be the first Hyatt Centric in Melbourne. Designed by Architectus, the hotel is expected to open in 2020 and will include a restaurant and rooftop bar with views across Port Phillip Bay.
Little Projects to deliver state-of-the-art student accommodation
Little Projects has been appointed by the University of Melbourne to deliver a new 13-level student accommodation project named Little Hall. Located on the corner of Swanston Street and Lincoln Square South, Little Hall is set to raise new standards in student living.
