We have prepared the below guide to help you understand what to expect at your Pre-Settlement Inspection.
• Please note that Grace VQ is still an active construction site with most of the shared spaces still under construction. Therefore, it is a requirement that you wear flat, enclosed shoes to your inspection. We will provide safety equipment including hard hats and high-vis vests.
• Given that Grace is still a construction site, the builders will still be working and some noise and disruption is to be expected. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to finalise construction.
• Please note that the inspection is an opportunity to see your apartment configuration/size and your view in person, and that it will be cleaned prior to settlement.
• A reminder that this inspection is for purchasers named on the Contract of Sale only – any family or friends will not be permitted to enter due to health and safety restrictions. We have booked inspection appointments back-to-back, so please understand that appointment times are restricted to 45 minutes.
• The podium on Level 2 is still under construction and will only be accessible to those who need to inspect an apartment on that level.
All purchasers are to meet outside the Grace lobby entry on Sale Street. If there are any changes to this meeting point, we will contact you the day prior to your inspection to advise. You will need to park on the street, as the Grace basement carpark is not yet in use.
We anticipate that we will call for settlement in mid-September.
