Little Projects’ Tip Top Brunswick East redevelopment is opening for exclusive behind the scene tours by award-winning project architects ROTHELOWMAN as part of the 9th annual Open House Melbourne weekend.
Each tour will include a walk through the multi-award winning grounds providing insight into the history and architecture of the development including the opportunity to step inside the fully restored heritage art-deco lobby of Rye Lofts, which operated for decades as the entry to the offices for North Bakeries and later Tip Top Bakeries (Brunswick).
The tour will include an exclusive look inside a secret room that’s never been open to the public before.
