Construction Update – March 2020
Signature Broadbeach continues to be a hive of activity in 2020. Following the commencement of construction earlier in 2019, the builders have made significant progress on site.
The basement foundations and perimeter walls are now complete with excavation progressed to 65%, completion of the earthworks is expected by early next month.
Towards the end of the month, the tower crane will be installed. This is a significant milestone as it allowed for a greater volume of activities onsite.
The lowest basement level is scheduled to be completed in late May, this marks an important step as the building pours its first concrete floor slab and commences an upward construction movement.
We continue to monitor the possible impacts of COVID-19 on our construction program, however at this stage our program has not been affected and we will continue to keep our purchasers updated should that change.
Completion at Signature is anticipated for the first half of 2022.
