Little Projects Co is thrilled to announce the completion of 17-22 Grattan Street. Nestled in the heart of Prahran, this truly unique building encompasses ground floor retail, 500sqm  office space and 44 one, two and three-bedroom opulent apartments.

Little Projects Co’s core objective was to create and deliver a placemaking destination that reimagined and reinvented office space, residential living and retail. Grattan Street wholeheartedly incorporates convenience into the lifestyles of the residents, business owners and office tenants.

Designed by Plus Architecture, the facade of the building is mosaic-like with a tessellation of large green and turquoise tiles that complement Grattan Gardens directly opposite the project. Each tile was handcrafted in Spain specifically for the project. The sloping facade of the building prevents shadows from casting onto Grattan Street Gardens and footpaths and invites extra sunlight into the building.

Creating a quality space that people want to reside in was top of mind for developers Little Projects Co.
