Paul Little-founded Little Projects sells Broadbeach management rights to Ultiqa

Property developer Little Projects, founded by Financial Review Rich Lister Paul Little, has sold the management rights to its Gold Coast high rise tower Signature Broadbeach to operator Ultiqa.
