Located in a tightly held pocket of Prahran, we are working to deliver a mixed-use development comprising ground floor retail, 500sq m of office space and 44 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above that. The residential component comprises just seven levels.

Perfectly positioned in a sought-after area between Greville Street and Commercial Road, the building is just a two-minute walk to the iconic Prahran Market in one direction, and Prahran train station the same distance in the other. The development was designed by Plus Architecture.
