Signature Broadbeach Construction Update - April 2021
The Level 8 concrete slab is now complete with the core and jumpform currently at Levels 12 and 13 respectively. The tower crane is at Level 14.
Formwork is progressing with the installation of containment screens to the perimeter of the tower completed.
We are moving along as scheduled with an average 100 workers on site every day and saw a milestone with the first delivery of windows to site having been completed.
Lifts are scheduled to arrive on site for install in the last week of April.
Signature remains on schedule for completion in the first half of 2022.
At this stage, COVID-19 has not meaningfully delayed our program, we will continue to keep our you updated should this change.
