Our Story

Our company directors, Leighton Pyke and Paris Lechte, proudly own and operate the business, building on the vision of original founder, Paul Little AO, who remains a key advisor and cornerstone investor in specific projects.

The ownership model brings agility and a fresh approach for future projects while honouring our origins and legacy. We bring a highly experienced and diversified skillset to the property market across all sectors, specialising in the residential, commercial, industrial, aviation, hotel, and student accommodation sectors. Our extensive portfolio of delivered projects ranges from boutique to large-scale properties located around Australia and New Zealand.

Our core competency is to transform strategic sites in leading locations into outstanding built environments and communities, delivered to the highest standard. Drawing on our industry knowledge and expertise, we acquire inner-urban ring sites that offer excellent potential for the development of exceptional lifestyle and commercial projects.

Leighton Pyke

Director

As Co-director, Leighton drives new business acquisitions, is heavily involved through the design process and manages stakeholder relations. He provides a highly strategic and design-driven approach focussed on the early stages of development, unearthing iconic sites, managing the planning process and perpetuating the pipeline of work, while driving the business forward for the future.

The key leadership role builds on his 17 years’ experience in the property industry, with nine years driving the group’s development projects, drawing on his considerable capacity for creative thinking, design and lateral mindset.

Leighton has the unique skillset of property economics alongside a strong background in design and architecture. His innate understanding of practical feasibility balanced with a creative mind enables him to balance a project’s design with commercial goals, resulting in better building outcomes. This blend of commercial and architecture experience is a refreshing approach that enables the business to achieve exemplary results whilst maintaining design excellence.

Proud of the projects he has already delivered, Leighton is equally passionate about uncovering new opportunities for the future, challenging his team in new ways of thinking to achieve excellent outcomes.

Paris Lechte

Director

As Co-director, Paris provides exceptional construction expertise, significant management experience and strong attention to detail with more than 23 years’ corporate governance and legal experience, from multi-million dollar residential and commercial towers to entire precinct infrastructure including parkland, roads, promenade and retail spaces.

Every development must exceed Paris’s high standard of quality for approval. He sets a rigorous approach that interprets the vision of the architect and translates that through construction, understanding the delicate balance required to achieve design intent without compromising the integrity of the building. Finally, he ensures the finished product aligns with what was envisaged.

Disciplined and knowledgeable, Paris leads by creating strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensures buildability, value for money and quality are all achievable on each project. The business has established its strong reputation today due to Paris’s fine attention to detail, setting new benchmarks for every project delivered.
