Gold Coast Development: New $73m luxury tower planned for site next to busy Gold Coast primary school
A Melbourne developer has plans to build a $73 million, 30-storey tower opposite a busy Gold Coast state school.
Little Projects wants to build the residential high-rise on Broadbeach's Mary Ave near Broadbeach State School.
The tower will feature 29 full-floor and double-storey apartments, costing $2m-$7.75m each.
