CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The builder, Icon Queensland, is now fully mobilised on site and has set up their site accommodation.
The street overhead powerlines have been removed and reinstated underground.
Icon Queensland is preparing to commence construction of the basement level’s concrete perimeter walls, which are constructed from ground level. This construction methodology is known as a diaphragm wall construction, and the crane that you can see in the image assists with this process.
Completion at Signature is anticipated for mid-2022.
