It's been a testing year for the property and construction industry which has been both challenging and rewarding for our company. We are pleased to have completed two major projects along with two major transactions and look forward to launching into 2023.

Signature, Broadbeach

We are pleased to announce that stage one is now complete at Signature Broadbeach with only the penthouses to be completed in early 2023.

Designed by Rothelowman and built by Icon, this sell out project offers its residents unsurpassed views in an unrivalled beachside location. Residents can enjoy an exhaustive level of communal amenity, including a Queensland first, 50m infinity edge lap pool.

The demand for a project of this calibre was undeniable which evidentially lead to its success. The delivery of Signature has been eagerly awaited and this part of the process is incredibly rewarding as developers. Delivering quality, luxury projects that are well received gives us further inspiration to keep creating.

Viridi, Prahran

In June of this year we completed one of our most distinctive and thought provoking projects, Viridi built by Cobild. Located in the heart of Prahran at 17-22 Grattan Street, this truly unique building encompasses ground floor retail, 500sqm office space and 44 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Designed by Plus Architecture, the facade of the building is mosaic-like with a tessellation of large green and turquoise tiles that complement Grattan Gardens directly opposite the project. Each tile was handcrafted in Spain specifically for the project. The sloping facade of the building prevents shadows from casting onto Grattan Street Gardens and footpaths and invites extra sunlight into the building.

2022 Notable Transactions

Little Lesney Street, Richmond – This expansive 907m2 corner site offers a highly sustainable, design-driven building in the heart of Melbourne’s sporting and dining mecca, Richmond. Designed by SJB architects, we successfully sold this permit approved site.

Brighton Street, Richmond – This 9,200m2 commercial site is approved with 9 levels + rooftop. Tenants will benefit from endless transport options set in the heart of Melbourne’s high-profile commercial precinct. Designed by DKO architects, Little Projects are proud to announce we have recently transacted on this site with the prolific real estate group, Dexus.
