Melbourne Jet Base developed by Little Projects brings a new level of luxury to flying. This VIP terminal was built in 2018 with a project value of $80 million. The one of a kind flight base is a gateway for high profile individuals who require a level of discretion or security when travelling to and from Melbourne as well as a place to showcase a vintage DC3 jet, hold functions and skip the lengthy queues at Melbourne Airport.

The Melbourne Jet Base offers 24-hour access to full-length runways, two expansive hangers, in house customs and immigration screening, pilot support areas, function spaces and high-end guest facilities.

Designed by Cox Architecture who achieved multiple awards on the project, Cox saw the opportunity to design a luxury ”gateway to Australia” and drew upon the natural landscapes and earthy tones seen when flying over Australia.
