Little Hall presents a new benchmark for student accommodation.

Offering hotel-style residences for 669 students close to the university’s Parkville campus on the northern edge of Melbourne’s CBD, Hayball has created a sophisticated building of enduring style.

Surrounded by the parkland of Lincoln Square, Little Hall provides a welcoming environment for students to live and learn with generous-sized bedrooms, many with ensuites, plus shared spaces and recreational facilities including a cinema, gymnasium, study spaces, games rooms, outdoor terraces, a café and integrated Learning Hub with high-tech communications throughout.

A centrepiece of Little Hall is a scholarship program, funded by the returns from the building. The program aims to enable talented students of limited means access to attend the University of Melbourne.

With $30 million in seed funding from the Hansen Little foundation, the building is owned and operated by the University.
