Signature Broadbeach – November 2019 Project News
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Following the commencement of construction earlier in the year, the builders have made excellent progress on site.
Installation of bored foundation piles is now complete. The diaphragm wall installation to the perimeter of the building basement is currently underway and should be completed in December – this wall is the building’s basement retention system.
In the next month, services will be connected to the site, and the capping beam will be installed to the top of the retention wall.
In a significant milestone for the project, excavation of the basement is set to commence prior to the end of the year.
Completion at Signature is anticipated for the first half of 2022.
